On First Call LLC ("we," "us") takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
When you sign up, book a demo, or use our service, we collect:
We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it — ever.
Information collected from callers is processed on your behalf and belongs to you. We use it solely to deliver the service. If a caller asks about their data, we'll direct them to you as the subscribing business.
We only share data with third parties who help us operate the service (cloud hosting, payment processing, calendar integrations), and only under confidentiality agreements. We may also share data when required by law.
Account data is kept for the life of your subscription and a reasonable period after. Call interaction data is retained per your plan terms and deleted upon request.
We encrypt data in transit and at rest and limit access to authorized personnel. No system is completely immune to risk, but we take reasonable and industry-standard precautions.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@onfirstcall.com. We respond within 30 days.
