Questions

Questions from business owners

What actually happens on a call, what it does with your calendar, and the things it deliberately won't do.

Everything owners ask before a demo

Short, direct answers. If yours isn't here, email us and we'll answer it the same way.

Will my customers know they're talking to AI?

It's a natural voice conversation rather than a phone tree, and most callers simply state their problem and book a time. We're not going to tell you nobody ever notices. What we'd rather do is let you judge: there's an unedited recording of a real call on the homepage, and the demo runs on a live number you can call yourself.

Does it actually book, or does it just take a message?

It books. During the call it reads your live Google Calendar, offers only times that are genuinely open, and writes the appointment onto the calendar before the caller hangs up. The customer then gets a text with the time, address, and the problem as described.

Which calendar does it work with?

Google Calendar. Each of your techs connects their own calendar, and their existing events are respected — it will not offer a slot on top of something already booked.

What if two calls come in at the same time?

Both are answered at the same time. This is the part a single person at a desk can't do, and it's what breaks a normal front desk on a peak day.

How does it decide which tech gets the job?

It assigns to whichever tech is least loaded that day, checked against their real calendar rather than a guess, so work spreads out instead of landing on one person.

What happens when it can't answer something?

It hands off rather than guessing. It won't invent a price, diagnose a fault, or promise a time that isn't on the calendar. Calls that need a person get routed to a person.

Can customers reschedule without calling back?

Yes, by text. They get a short list of times that are actually open, reply with a number, and the calendar updates itself. Nobody at your shop has to be involved.

Do my techs get told about new jobs?

Yes — your team gets the job details by text, so a booking isn't sitting in one person's head or on a whiteboard back at the shop.

Can I still answer my own phone?

Yes. Most owners do when they're free and let it cover the attic, the crawlspace, the drive, and everything after close. It's there to catch what you'd otherwise lose.

What does it cost?

There's one offering rather than tiers to compare — every business gets the whole system from day one. Current pricing is on the pricing page.

How long does setup take?

The demo is the fastest way to find out what setup looks like for your specific business, since it depends on how many techs and calendars are involved. Book a free 20-minute slot and we'll walk through it.

Is my customers' information kept private?

Call and booking data is handled under our privacy policy, and we don't sell it. If you have a specific compliance requirement, raise it on the demo call and we'll give you a straight answer about whether we meet it.

Still deciding

The single most useful thing you can do is hear it work. The homepage has an unedited recording of a real call — booking, confirmation text, and a reschedule, all handled without anyone at the business getting involved.
