Getting Started
The honest objection to any of this is “I'm not pointing my main line at a robot.” You don't have to. Your phone rings first, every time. We only ever get the calls you didn't take.
Nothing moves. You keep your number, your carrier and your handset. Setup is a code you dial once from your own phone, like making a call — and one code undoes all of it in about two seconds. We set it up with you on the phone and then watch a live test call arrive, because a mistyped code fails silently and the first sign of trouble would otherwise be you deciding we don't work.
Most setups only cover “rang out”. For a tradesman that misses most of it — declining a call because you're mid-job registers as busy, and a crawlspace or a plant room registers as unreachable. We set all three, so a call you couldn't take reaches us however it happened.
Calls you don't answer stop reaching your carrier voicemail. They come to us and get booked instead. That's the upgrade — no more voicemail tag — but you should hear it from us now rather than notice a missing voicemail later and think we broke your phone.
